We understand that budgets are often the driving force behind a project and you may have questions about what we charge for our projects. We prefer to work closely with our clients to ensure they get the most out of what their budget allows for and provide a detailed quote based on your project’s needs.  

The easiest way to book our services is to send us an email at [email protected] outlining your project requirements and include your contact details and important information like due dates etc. From here, we can confirm our availability and schedule in a time to meet to discuss the project in detail. 

Once you have recieved your quote, we require a 40% deposit to be paid in order to confirm your booking and place in our project workload. 

Once we have confirmed the project scope and are ready to go,  we will put together a concept package for you to approve which includes market research, recommendations, and addressing any business goals or targets.

Depending on the type of service you have engaged us for, this can be a storyboard for videos, a look and feel for branding & graphic design, or an inspiration page for photography style etc. 

From here we provide you with your first concept or draft and then then move through 1 round of revisions to produce your developed project. 

As all projects are different in both scope and deliverables, our turnaround times can vary depending on our current workload capacity. As a rule of thumb, please allow 2 weeks from initial engagement for us to confirm your pricing and book in a time to meet. 

At this point we will give you a clear idea of your projects turnaround time but generally, for larger film & design projects, eg branding packages, marketing packages for your business or web design – 2 weeks from your deposit being paid, unless otherwise specified is when you will receive your first concept. 

Smaller graphic design projects & filming eg, brochures, real estate & photo only packages – these can often be turned around in 2-4 days 

If you need to have your project completed within a tight deadline, we can try our best to accommodate you depending on our other project requirements however, we do charge a priority rate as this generally means our team are working overtime on top of existing commitments.  This will be discussed prior to commencing work so you are aware of the additional charges.

Competition Terms and Conditions – iMake Media Prize: Logo Package Design

  1. Eligibility: The iMake Media Prize logo package design competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of iMake Media and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry Period: The competition entry period begins at 9 am on Sunday, the 28th of May and ends at 6 pm on Sunday, the 28th of May. Entries must be submitted through our online signup system at our stall during this period.

  3. Prize Details: The iMake Media Prize includes a logo package design of the customer’s choice, either a Pictorial Logo or Monogram Logo package. The prize package consists of the following:

  • Two (x2) concept logos
  • One (1) round of revisions
  • Delivery of final files digitally in the following formats: PNG, PDF, and SVG.
  1. Intellectual Property: Upon completion of the logo design, all digital assets, property, mockups, and designs created by iMake Media become the exclusive property of iMake Media. iMake Media reserves the right to use these assets in any promotional content for their business.

The customer, however, receives a free personal license to utilize the final digital files (PDF, PNG, SVG) solely within the promotional content for their wedding or event through print and digital means.

  1. Winner Selection: The winner of the competition will be selected through a random drawing on Sunday, the 4th of June. The winner will be notified via email within a reasonable timeframe after the drawing.

  2. Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize and initiate the design process within three (3) weeks of the competition closing date. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  3. Revisions and Feedback: Any feedback or requests for revisions to the concept design must be submitted in writing via email within seven (7) days of receiving the concept design. iMake Media will consider the feedback and accommodate reasonable revisions as per the terms agreed upon.

  4. Independent Competition: This competition is conducted solely by iMake Media and is not affiliated with any other service providers, including the BOP wedding show. It is an independent competition organized by iMake Media.

  5. Prize Transferability: Prizes won through this competition are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. The winner may not transfer the prize to another individual or request an alternative form of compensation.

  6. By entering this competition you agree to receive content from iMake Media for information or promotional purposes. 

By participating in the iMake Media Prize logo package design competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
